Until we officially move to AdventHealth, the patient portal is the best way to communicate with us. Once we get you scheduled in their system, you will get a link to MyChart, which is much more robust than what we have today! Until then:
- Haven’t logged in before? Select “Request Registration” and follow the prompts.
- Don’t remember your login info? Select “Forgotten Account” and follow the prompts. You can look up both your username and password.
