Sleep deprivation impairs immune system activity, carbohydrate metabolism, and endocrine function.  Insufficient sleep is associated with obesity, type II diabetes, coronary heart disease, high blood pressure, and premature death.

For most people, poor and/or insufficient sleep also diminishes our ability to implement the lifestyle changes necessary for health improvement.

We’re simply too tired!

We have partnered with a local company that offers a comprehensive sleep assessment (not a sleep study to screen for sleep apnea – that needs to be done by a medical company!). They assess for issues that commonly disrupt sleep and offer solutions to solve for many of them – including their exclusive bed topper that helps with disrupted nighttime thermoregulation (causing nighttime sweating and/or hot flushes).
